By engaging in business collaborations or placing orders, you agree to comply with, but are not limited to the following terms:

Project Development Process: Briefing (Submit technical requirements, performance metrics and regulatory constraints); Prototyping (Including two revisions, additional iterations may incur fees); Validation (Compliance with agreed standards); Production (Lead time in 30-60 days post-final approval). 3. Payment Terms: Deposit (50% upfront via T/T); Balance done before shipment (FOB Guangzhou); Late payment (1.5% monthly interest and production hold). 4. Quality Assurance: Defect Claims (Must be notified within 14 days of delivery with batch verification and third-party reports); Remedies (Re-production or prorated refund); Exclusions (Variation within ±5% for components or materials). 5. Early Termination: By LEXIN (Material breach of safety protocol); By Client (Full payment if mold created). 6. Law and Dispute: Jurisdiction (Court of Guangzhou); Arbitration (CIETAC rule for cross-border dispute). 7. Amendments: Notice via: (1) Client portal announcements; (2) Email alerts to registered contacts.
