Project Development Process: Briefing ( Submit technical requirements, e.g., performance metrics and regulatory constraints ); Prototyping ( Including two revisions, additional iterations may incur fees ); Validation ( Compliance with agreed standards ); Production ( Lead time 30-60 days post-final approval ). 3. Payment Terms: Deposit ( 50% upfront via T/T ); Balance due before shipment ( FOB Guangzhou ); Late payment ( 1.5% monthly interest + production hold ). 4. Quality Assurance: Defect Claims ( Must notify within 14 days of delivery with batch verification and third-party reports ); Remedies ( Re-production or prorated refund ); Exclusions ( Variations within ±5% for components or materials ). 5. Early Termination: By LEXIN ( Material breach of safety protocols or financial insolvency ); By Client ( 20% cancellation fee post-prototyping or full payment if molds created ). 6. Governing Law and Disputes: Jurisdiction ( Courts of Guangzhou, China ); Arbitration ( CIETAC rule for cross-border disputes ). 7. Amendments: Notice via: ( 1 ) Client portal update alerts; ( 2 ) SMS to registered contacts.
